Overview
As full custom goods we are not able to offer refunds or returns directly from the manufacturer. Products unworn or unused that have hole or major print or sew error will be replaced upon return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where refunds are granted:
- Item is returned unused back to the school, and the school approved and pays the refund.
- A Major mis-print/mis-ship meaning the product is NOT what you ordered.
